The Dialectic of Notary Inheritance Deed Arrangement

Verifying an heir's deed of inheritance is approach to proving heir’s legal status. The Indonesian Ministry Land and Special Planning Regulation No.16/2021 stipulates that a notary can make for all residents in Indonesia regardless their ethnic groups. This paper investigates the arrangement based on regulation mentioned above challenges notaries still encounter making after regulation’s enactment. researcher applied normative research with descriptive utilized secondary data qualitative analysis. deductive this helped conclude authority as regulated contradicts Law Notary Position Act. An in-depth understanding customary law regions under No. 16/2021.
